Easy Return Policy for Herbal Products
Our return policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind. If you receive the wrong product, or if the item is damaged or defective, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We also encourage customers to record unboxing videos to help with quick and smooth claim processing.
Non-Returnable & Limited Return Items
Certain herbal products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns. Items like opened herbal powders, oils, creams, or teas are non-returnable once opened. Similarly, promotional or discounted items may not qualify for a return or refund. Please make sure to check product details carefully before placing your order.
Herbal Product Refund Guidelines
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an update on the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method (such as bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Our refund policy aims to make your experience smooth and stress-free.
Exchange & Replacement Policy for Customers
If you wish to exchange an item instead of requesting a refund, our exchange policy allows you to do so within 3 days of receiving the product. Exchanges depend on product availability. Our support team will guide you through the simple steps to complete your exchange process.
